All of our veils are currently made-to-order. Our current production time is approximately 4 weeks* plus shipping. Shipping is done through USPS First Class Mail or UPS and usually takes approx 3-6 business days within the US (International times vary, but please anticipate at least a month for shipping unless express shipping is purchased). If you need your veil sooner, please contact us for rush orders.

*Gloves ship within 3 weeks, hair accessories, bows and scarves ship within 1 week.

We don't accept returns, however if your veils isn't quite right for your dress (length, color, etc) we would be happy to discuss an exchange with you.*

Before purchasing your veil, feel free to send us a message as we are happy to provide suggestions for what style and color will match your dress the best!

*Exchanges: only up to $50 of the difference will be refunded if the difference is larger than that. Custom veils are not eligible for exchanges.

-Take your veil out of the packaging and hang it up in a safe place until you want to wear it
-Steam the veil using a household garment steamer, if you do not have a steamer, hang it up in your bathroom while you take a hot shower, this will reduce the amount of wrinkles.
-DO NOT iron the veil
-DO NOT wash the veil
-Due to the delicate nature of the veil, some flakes of glitter may fall off, this is completely normal, please just handle with care
-We suggest bringing your veil with you to your hair trial if you are having one!
-Use bobby pins if you feel veil isn’t fully secure
