All of our veils are currently made-to-order. Our current production time is approximately 3 weeks* plus shipping. Shipping is done through USPS First Class Mail or UPS and usually takes approx 3-6 business days within the US (International times vary, but please anticipate at least a month for shipping unless express shipping is purchased). If you need your veil sooner, please contact us for rush orders.
*Gloves ship within 2 weeks, hair accessories and bows and scarves ship within 1 week.

We don't accept returns, however if your veils isn't quite right for your dress (length, color, etc) we would be happy to discuss an exchange with you.*
Before purchasing your veil, feel free to send us a message as we are happy to provide suggestions for what style and color will match your dress the best!
*Exchanges: only up to $50 of the difference will be refunded if the difference is larger than that. Custom veils are not eligible for exchanges.

-Take your veil out of the packaging and hang it up in a safe place until you want to wear it
-Steam the veil using a household garment steamer, if you do not have a steamer, hang it up in your bathroom while you take a hot shower, this will reduce the amount of wrinkles.
-DO NOT iron the veil
-DO NOT wash the veil
-Due to the delicate nature of the veil, some flakes of glitter may fall off, this is completely normal, please just handle with care
-We suggest bringing your veil with you to your hair trial if you are having one!
-Use bobby pins if you feel veil isn’t fully secure
Appreciate the cute set up of samples but also the size of the swatches! Really struggling on making a decision but touching and seeing the fabrics is amazingly helpful. Thank you for providing this service.
Firstly, TailoredTulle's customer service is excellent, and they helped me get an idea of what my custom cathedral veil was going to cost, and I was really very excited to proceed. I only got the sample so I could confirm the colour match. It was packaged well, in a good parcel with lots of bubble wrap. However I live in Australia, and I suspected the heat melted the dew drops. The 15 largest dew drops were flat, with hard edges and the mesh visibly imprinted. I asked if it was possible to get another sample, or if it was just an "Australian heat" issue. Their reply: Thank you for reaching out, these are great questions! The swatch you received is a pretty accurate representation of what the final product will look like. Since all of these dew drops are added by hand some of the drops "fall through" the tulle and create more of a flatter drop. This is not a flaw of packaging or transportation but a representation of the design. Some will retain a more drop like appearance but the final product would be a combination of all of the drops you have on your swatch. Let me know if you have any other questions!
I double checked the listing, however close ups of the droplets were a little difficult to find. This was a little disappointing, but I understand that not everything can match the vision I had in my mind. Beautiful layout of the droplets regardless.
